We want you to be completely satisfied with your grooming experience, which is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Skull Shaver products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the shaver and all original accessories in the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
